Sam Gorgone, Founder/Director of Operations

Always an entrepreneurial spirit, Sam first got started in real estate in 1995 while attending Millersville University. It was a successful corporate career coupled with numerous real estate investments in Lancaster County which lead Sam to his true calling. That calling, helping others achieve their own property investment goals, lead to the inevitable launch of Hometown Property Management Services in 2009. Known to his team as a mind-reader, Sam is also a professional musician, an avid skier and enjoys his free time on the water, on a motorcycle or on his couch.

Liz Schein, General Manager

Liz often leads Hometown’s larger and more complicated projects and switches regularly between high-level and day-to-day details. Her love of customer service dates back to her days as a manager in the service industry and a career in education. She earned her Pennsylvania real estate license in 2016. An adept problem solver, she is known for her calm demeanor and warm yet strong personality. Liz has a knack for baking and enjoys cross fit and yoga.

Dave Oatridge, Property Manager

Dave earned his real estate license in 2015. His professional background is a mix of sales and new business development, which is where his contributions shine. Dave’s inviting personality is a perfect fit in guiding both those renting property as well as to owner-clients who choose Hometown to lease and manage their investments. When he’s not property managing, Dave can be found at the gym where he is devoted to strength training and nutrition. Dave was a chef at a local favorite establishment and continues his love of cooking at home.

Linsey Yecker Hometown Property Management

Linsey Yecker, Property Manager

Linsey began her real estate career as a licensed agent representing buyers and sellers until she transitioned to property management, which provided her with an opportunity to assist real estate clients in a different way. She is quite adept at identifying our clients needs and executing. A rental property owner herself, Linsey spends her free time working on her properties or spending time with her family; or both.

Matt Heller Hometown Property Management

Matt Heller, Maintenance Supervisor

Over the years, Matt has spent considerable time working on rental properties. Which made it a nice fit when he joined Hometown in 2018 as Maintenance Supervisor. While Matt coordinates the ongoing and various repair items that Hometown encounters on a daily basis, he can also repair just about anything. When not fixing things during the week, he can be found on the weekend chasing around his four kids and you guessed it, fixing stuff.

Jeff Bowman, Broker of Record

Jeff began his real estate career in 2004 as a full time PA-licensed sales agent. After 14 years of helping clients buy and sell real estate, Jeff earned his Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker license and in 2019, joined Hometown Property Management Services as Broker of Record. He is the owner of Hometown Property Sales Group, an affiliate of Hometown Property Management Services. He represents investors, buyers, and sellers in their various real estate needs. Jeff is an avid musician who enjoys travel and spending time with his friends and family.
